Christine DIt's not the pick-up location's fault, those ladies were awesome, but the reservation process for UHaul is terrible. I don't know why I bother going through the entire process online only to have to REDO the whole process AGAIN when I arrive to pick up the rental! I made multiple UHaul reservations this year and they all were the same: fill out everything online and then have to do it all again during pick-up. And the worst part is when I make a reservation online and it shows one price but then when I go to pick up the item it's somehow vastly different in price suddenly. I am talking a difference of hundreds of dollars. The folks working at these businesses are wonderful and hard-working, but the UHaul reservation system needs OverHauled.
