Local staff did not seem to know anything about helping me to get the key that was auto be left in a lockbox despite having the key inside the Esso station the whole time. Online "express" pick up was not set up. Spent 45 mins on hold with Uhaul waiting on help to get the key, took another 15 minutes just to confirm that they key was with the Esso attendant all along and additional phone calls were needed with management. Van had no fuel and we were tasked with having to add fuel before leaving. The entire pick up process was unbelievably poor and not as presented from Uhaul when I selected this location. Would not recommend this location to anyone and would question ever using UHaul again in future.Heather H.

I feel like I was ripped off and I am watching my credit card close! Just incase you guys try anything.... I picked up the truck from 2 Upton on warden in Scarborough, first off the guy was like 77$ to start and when I dropped it off it was another 90 wtf, guy sound shady as hellJermaine W.
Attendant was rude. I had problems opening the lock. He wouldn't even come outside to help. He dismissed me and served other customers. I was there an hour trying to get the lock box open.Deborha S.
