This location is a truck tire repair business and that is his priority. I waited until all the tire repair/replacements were done. I could see he was trying to help me but he finally got some help for the tires. I received no paperwork plus when I got to Elkin,NC, I was charged $39 for extra miles which I didn’t think was viable. I will not use UHaul again. The equipment was great but not the same up front help to expedite our departure. Then, I was told upon arrival in Elkin that I had to drive 30 minutes to King, NC to drop off. I told them that I wouldn’t do that and dropped off in Elkin. That drop off guy was very good but charged the extra $39 which I thought was wrong. U-Haul is not what it used to be! Hassle, bad information, and incorrect charges. Never again!

christopher o15 miles after driving off with the tow dolly the haul tire popped and the metal bracket ripped the front end plastics off my car and bounced up and dented the tailgate of my truck. They should not leave those tow dollies with their tires pushed back against the woods where the tires can just get damp and dry rotted. That is what I believed happened

STEPHEN WTires were shot, one should not have been in the road. Just got charged for 18 days when I only had the trailer one day. This place is an embarrassment, he literally called his boss and asked if he should rent it to me because the tires were junk. I want my money back
David LThe service and trailer was fine, however the two front tires straps were defective and I end up having to pay out of pocket. To buy straps to secure front tires of my Mustang. The straps were cut and I didn't have enough slack to even get around the tire. This was my first time using an auto trailer.
