Why in the world would ask me to give you the phone number of someone you can call (to verify who I am) when you have me send you a picture of myself along with my Drivers License??? There is no way this cuts down of fraud, I could have had you call anyone..... and its a total pain in the #@&* for your customers. After renting with you for years I will look at Penske for my next rental. You really need to re-engineer you process!

Eric P.I didn't have any contact with the inside personnel as I did the 24/7 app service. The location is easy to access and the equipment was ready. I do want to let you know that the 24/7 service was a horrible experience. You need to get the app so it is easier to work through....it took me 35 minutes and a call to your 24/7 service group to finallly get the equipment checked out. Check in was easier.....

Latisha H.Straw/Hay on the inside of trailer and manure along the walls and inside trailer. I spent 90 minutes washing it out which was rediculous. I expected a clean trailer but it was obviously not inspected after the previous customer. Disgusting.
jon W.I ordered boxes and tape, and the location did not have them. He told me he would remove them from my order. So when I arrived back to Columbus I see an e-mail saying these items would be delivered. I don't need these items now. The only items I received was furniture pads and I returned them.

laura P.I reserved an appliance hand truck, but upon my arrival to the store they did not have one available. This made my move very difficult because of the number of appliances we had to move. U-Haul needs to keep a better inventory of their moving equipment, not just the trucks.
Sulanda H.I booked a trailer online. When I got to the the dealer he didn't have any trailers because he doesn't lease trailers at all. I had to travel Another 30 miles to another dealer. I reserved boxes etc at that dealer but they don't offer boxes or packing supplies. The initial dealer told me the uhaul customer service “sucks†and he was right.

christopher F.They were very helpful. This was not my original drop off point. The original point was Smith's General Repair 907 Westminster SC. When I arrived I was told by the man in charge he would not take the trailer because his lot was full. He was very rude and is giving U-haul a bad name. I asked where I could take the trailer he said he didn't know I would have to call U-haul myself. He has no business being a dealer in rentals for U-haul. I should get some kind of refund for having to go out of my way to return the trailer.
