The trailers need "feet". It's super heavy to pick up and mount on the ball. I wasn't expecting that or I would've brought a jack for the hook up. I've used several trailers but I've never had to pick the tongue off the freaking ground to mount it before.Michael K.
The truck had a bad misfire and service soon light on. Smelled like raw fuel the entire trip so bad that it was burning my eyes. And don't understand why I was charged $15.00 for cleaning when I swept the truck out before returning it.Harry E.

The Dolly was poor quality. It needs to be made with stronger structure and better wheels. I realize our use required probably a better one than household moving. Maybe you could have a few sturdier ones for people who need them. I would have been willing to pay a few dollars more for a better one. Everything else was great. Thank you for your service.ZELLA L.
Uhaul needs to clean up their act. The place that I wanted to use wasn't just closed, it was gone, the place I was then sent to was closed on my pick up day and I only found out by calling them direct. They also don't carry trailers. Nobody notified me of these issues but I called anyway and found out what I had to do.Peter S.

The represenitive was rude when I called him to open up and the trailer was not cleaned out, the dealer had to pull out a mattress that was left in it and trash, before I could hook up to it. And he over charged me for insurance which I didn't need. Didn't explaine it to me.Gary K.

Got a last minute notification our pick up point changed do to unavailable equipment. We scheduled a week prior to pic up to avoid this. A 24 hours notice ahead of time that location may change because equipment availability would have been nice so we could adjust easier as needed.Greg M.

Great experience using the app to pick up and return the truck. Well done!!! Only advice for improvement would be to put in the truck the accessories the customer orders like blankets, tape, etc. Other than that a 9.5 out of 10!!!! Thank you!!!Gary D.

This was the second U-Haul location we went to, and it was great. However, we first made a reservation with Monster Storage in Westminster, SC. The woman we scheduled an appointment with at Monster Storage never showed up to our appointment and when we finally got in touch with her and went to another location, she was so extremely rude I cancelled my reservation on the spot even though I was in the middle of a move. Her name was Leah and she is the manager at Monster Storage, and I highly suggest taking any measures to disaffiliate with this business. Watchers Originals Inc was amazing and easy to work with, but Monster Storage as the most ridiculous business I've ever interacted with.Deborah B.
