Have someone onsite from 8am or 9am. Check in and out on app didn't work well and was ridiculously time comsuming

Danny K.Your process for check in/verification is TERRIBLE! Why in the world would ask me to give you the phone number of someone you can call (to verify who I am) when you have me send you a picture of myself along with my Drivers License??? There is no way this cuts down of fraud, I could have had you call anyone..... and its a total pain in the #@&* for your customers. After renting with you for years I will look at Penske for my next rental. You really need to re-engineer you process!
