I didn't have any contact with the inside personnel as I did the 24/7 app service. The location is easy to access and the equipment was ready. I do want to let you know that the 24/7 service was a horrible experience. You need to get the app so it is easier to work through....it took me 35 minutes and a call to your 24/7 service group to finallly get the equipment checked out. Check in was easier.....
