Your customer service sucks you can't have people standing infront of you that you're servicing and leave them to go service another and when you return taking you're own sweet time ,then you send them on a journey to pick up that which they've rented from you . All of you're tracks vans etc shouldn't be on you're premises or parked in close proximity.monica B.

The online "don't wait in line" experience seemed so promising. But it was not the case, as I still had to wait in line and check in despite having done it already on the app. The people were very nice and doing their best at the location, but it was chaos. More staff were needed to manage the number of vehicles and reservations.Nicholas A.

I would say the experience was mediocre. The van was ok, but not super clean. Some of the blankets were still wet. It wasn't the most convenient location for us, but other locations that were closer didn't have available vehicles. On Saturdays if we had returned after 3 we needed to park on the street. The drop-off situation is very inconvenient. Honestly, I feel like this place shouldn't rent uhauls if they can't provide a more convenient way to drop them off. I also had to wait 15+ minutes after arriving before any employee acknowledged me, even though several saw me. I found this strange.Ben M.
THE PERSON THAT SERVICE ME WAS REALLY QUITE ADAMENT. THE INSIDE OF VEHICLE VERY GOOD/CLEAN BUT THE OUTSIDE OF MY VAN, DIRTY, DUSTY, LOW RR TIRE LIGHT ON, LEFT REAR BLANKER NOT WORKING. The customer service was horrible. It was a disorganized mess of a pick up place. I arrived on time for my pickup time, and the man at inside the pickup location gave away the van that was assigned to me. I had to wait 40 minutes waiting for him to find, clean, and set up the van for me to use. On top of that, there was barely any gas in it to begin with. The Prospect Heights UHAUL location needs a serious inspection. They need much better customer service â€” the people there do not even communicate properly with you and don't tell you what's going on. They just grunt and expect you to follow them. I am so angry at the experience and felt like I wasted a lot of money in this UHAUL.Reema K.

They marked the gas tank more full than it actually was (I crazily missed seeing it on the form they gave me when I picked up the vehicle so did not bring it to their attention) and I had a photo of the gas tank level and sent it to them to dispute the $30 gas service fee charge.Michelle C.

Back of truck was dirty so sweeping it and scrubbing it/power washing it is recommended. But staff is good. Also didn't have my 15 foot truck but overall it was ok.ESTEBANDEJESUS D.

I reserved the truck. But I was told once there it doesn't matter. I had to do everything over again. I took truck from 10:18a - 2:23p. And the place closes at 3:00 as the website said. He charged me for vehicle coming back on Monday. I brought it back Friday same day. Terrible.Tamika E.

The app is still slow and not always usable. This is the third time I have rented a truck this year from this location, and I always have issues. The guys running this location are helpful, but I wouldn't recommend using the app unless you have to (and still know you'll have issues)Katherine P.

The key was not in the lockbox--the compartment was completely empty. We waited on hold for an hour before giving up. We are glad to receive a refund, but this was a frustrating experience that wasted our time and lowered our opinion of U-Haul. We will not be using 24/7 pickup again.Patrick M.

I reserved a Van for Saturday 12/4/21 at 376 Classon Ave. for 10am Pickup. I arrived at the place and no one was there, then the Manager shows up at 10:05 to tell me that there is no Van available and I need to go to 666 Washington Ave (approx. one mile for Classon) and they will have a Van for me. When I arrived at 666 Washington, the Manager was very mad and he told me that no one called to tell him to give me a Van. But he eventually supplied with a Van. I will give him 3 Star, but the Owner/Operator of Classon Ave will get Zero Star and I will never use him again. I have never had worse experience than this. I had hired people to help me load the Van, and they had to wait for extra One Hour (which I had to pay for).Kalim M.

I felt stolen when I saw the receipt. I returned the Van on the same day ( Saturday Night) but they claimed that I only returned on Monday after 10 am. They charged me more than double what I usually pay for the same route and time used your van. I called there to complain about the price charged me but they dont solve nothing. Other problem is that no have parking. The customers have to leave the van in the street, if have lucky to find a parking.elliel G.

My experience is more with U-Haul itself rather than the location. The location is fine but the whole misinformation that I was given a different address then had to call and ask why there's no one there and then had walk to a different location was very unprofessional.parham H.
The return process is not optimal. The lot should be left open so the vehicle can be parked there as opposed to circling around the neighborhood to find street parking. It defeats the purpose of 24/7 service.FOSTERCASIMIR G.
This experience was not good at all. The gentleman that helped me was on the phone with a friend the entire time. The uhaul was NOT on site and he sent me to walk (with a heavy box) 0.2 miles away, down several blocks, to pickup the van. He was clearly not paying attention, so he gave me the wrong address and I had to walk back again. He then laughed and gave me an updated address, 0.3 miles away. so I had to walk just under a mile with my stuff to find the van. Why are the vans not on site? This delayed me by an entire hour. The only issue I had was upon trying to return the UHaul. The app would not upload pictures. I tried many, many times and it did not work. I called UHaul's customer service attempting to resolve the issue and was told that the estimated wait time was over an hour. I arranged to be called back, but when I received (what I assume was) the call there was no one on the other line. Fortunately, I just left the vehicle parked and didn't complete the in-app return process. But it was very frustrating.Seth B.

It's absurd that customers are expected to find street parking to leave their vehicles when they are finished with them. Uhauls are expected to have lots to keep the vehicles. I have never used a Uhaul company that expected that- they always keep the lot open for customers. I will not be using this location again nor would I recommend it to a friend. I wish I had known I would have to do that before.MARGARET K.
