I gave a low rating because I drove age van for no more than 12 miles total yet when I filled the tank it cost me $40 for approximately 8 gallons. So if the van was full when I got it then my milage per gallon was 1.5 miles per gallon. Since that isnt possible, it means the van wasn't full when I picked it up and I about $35 that I shouldn't have because the prior renter didn't fill the van after using it. I respectfully request a $35 refund from Uhaul and would happily share my gas station receipt to prove how much I paid. Please reach out to me to discuss.
