I form the customer that the driver's side fender on an Auto Transport folds so you can open and close your car door. First time that I have used an auto transport, would have been extremely helpful information.ELIZABETH Y.

I pulled the truck up the U-Haul parking and the associate came bounding out to help me drop off the truck. But it would be nice if the gentleman had a U-Haul vest cause it felt like I was giving the keys to a random man.Brent K.

This was the best U-Haul experience we've had! The guy working at Washougal Food Center was so kind and helpful to bring the truck up from where it was parked. The truck only had 28K miles, not 120K+ like every other U-Haul we've rented. We already booked our next U-Haul from this same location based on how great our expertise was.Michelle H.

One tire on the car hauler had a leak in it. The trailer was filthy. One of the ratchets did not work properly. Not a happy customer at all.Evan P.
The first time I went here, the owner sold me a bigger van than what I wanted to make a little extra money. This time they made me clean out the back area even though I didn't touch the back, so after charging me 150 for a few hours and not much driving, they made me clean their van for free after. The owner is money grubbing and unfriendly.Reid E.

I have rented a uhaul from several different locations and this was my first time utilizing this location. My experience with this location was awful. I will rent a truck from a different company next time as I will never subject myself to this location again.NICOLE H.
The UHaul app didn't work when I returned the vehicle. I tried five times to use the UHaul app to send an image of the dashboard. It failed each time. Eventually the UHaul app didn't even recognize that I was sitting in the return parking lot. I had to ask the cashier to process the return manually. Then the records appear to indicate that the fuel tank was empty when I got it (it was actually full) and full when I returned it (which it was). The cashier wasn't able to generate a receipt in the 45 minutes that I wasted trying to return it manually (after 15 minutes trying to return it via the UHaul app)Russell B.

It's also a grocery store, and even though you arrive first, the grocery buyers get priority, so you stand and wait whenever a new customer comes up to buy. Also the units are always parked tightly together so it's hard to get them out without hitting something.Debbie B.

The representative was helpful and answered all my questions.Asaba M.
Staff was friendly. Unfortunately I had to clean the interior and exterior just to use the 15 foot van. The previous Customer parked it and that was it. It was not touched/sanitary or remotely cleaned prior to them handing me the keys. It was missing the fan knob for heat and ac. Also left with under a half tank of gas so a bit annoying having to fill off the start.KENNETH D B.

They did not go over check out with me. They cheated me about $53 on what they said was not replaced. They said I had a 1/4 tank. I Brought it back exactly the same at exactly a 1/4 tank. I put in 10 Gallon of fuel. They said I drove 58 miles. I think that miles is ok. They said I brought it back 1/8 full not true. I fell I was cheated. The atmosphere seemed dishonest when I first came to pickup truck. When I brought the truck back and I looked at the charges, I asked for correction to be made then. They said I would have to come back later because they could not help me at that time. When I came back a later day with my papers, it was too late to prove the gas error they made. I plan never to go their again. Bad experience I will never forget. When I brought back the truck they should have gone over all that was not ok. They did not. I even told them that the left bumper was bent. I took them out to show them. I am religiously honest in my dealings. When I came back the second time in dispute, the owner said I broke the rear view mirror. That never happened. Sad experience. Bill Bacon.WILLIAM B.

The procedure for drop off was not clear Or marked and the parking lot is too small. When I pulled in with the trailer I had to block parking spots in front of a market and block parked cars in. I disconnected the trailer quickly so that other cars would not be impeded and i would not block handicap parking and the check in guy yelled at me for it. Overall not a good experience with the drop off.MICHAEL R.
