TIM TThe gentleman here are outstanding. Always quick and courteous. My hick up was not checking the vehicle before departure. There was damage to a rear light, I did not cause this but it may have happened while I was parked at my destination. They walked me through the process and explained each step. Lesson learned: check your vehicle before you leave the lot! I always rent from this location and will continue to do so.

Patrick RVery bad experience, I have booked the truck from golden mile highway, Monroeville. They didn’t keep the truck ready and left for the day early. I had to rebook and had to drive several miles. To pick up the truck. Worst staff service ever encountered.

The people in front of me were having some issues The attendant asked if I was okay with getting my receipt via email so I wouldn't have to wait. I said I was and informed him that I used less miles than anticipated. He said he would adjust the bill. I was in and out in less than five minutes. He emailed me my final bill adjusted for the unused miles. Very friendly, helpful and honest.

FRANCIS ISteve made this a great experience. I needed a truck at 1am and arrived at 2am. I couldn’t pick up the truck on my phone and called him. To my surprise he answered and helped me and did it manually. Thank God for him. A life saver. !!!
