I could hardly see him. The area was run down. The facility had trash on ground all over the property…it was a nasty place!

DIANE EStaff was friendly and the check in process was as expected. The truck was absolutely filthy, though, something sticky on the middle seat and crumbs everywhere. Shame on me for not checking before I left, but when I got to the loading destination and opened the rear door, there was an overwhelming smell of mulch, along with concrete debris and mulch chunks everywhere (even in the mother's attic area). Will not be going back.

MIRVET KGreat group of people. They are courteous and have the vehicle ready, and never is a problem with gas gauge reading levels. and damage is always clearly marked off. They care about their customers and it shows. We could use a location that is closer, (they do not provide the experience we get from wash works) It is worth the little extra effort for us to get better service. Thanks! Pass this on to them! They deserve it!
