This location was at least helpful and tried to correct the chaos when picking up at the McNeilly location, which was terrible. No one was there to distribute keys, leaving me and at least 2 other customers stuck. Terrible.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location I picked up from was a godsend and they were incredibly nice and helpful. The place I originally booked my reservation (on rodi road) did not prepare my truck so I was almost stranded in Pittsburgh with nowhere to go. The people at this location came through for me instead.
STEPHEN OThe gentleman who helped me was great! He was very pleasant and professional. You all should buy him lunch!
Leah RYou have the best staff. Kind, competent and helpful.
Maria HYour app/internet experience did not allow me to complete my drop off and I was spending FAR too long trying to move to the next step to turn it in. And then, it restarted the whole process. After spending a whole 24+ hours moving, that is an absolutely abysmal experience to have endured. All around, horrible experience.
