I was a bit surprised to learn that the 15footer is only 15 with the attic. Please make obvious in the selection process .

Paul B.The Uhaul system wasn't working for me, but luckily, the manager/owner of the 3rd party pickup location was absolutely amazing! He was able to fix everything over the phone and made the pickup happen for me. My original pickup was delayed when the truck I ordered wasn't available and my pick up location was changed to a location way out of my way, delaying my moving by a day and making it where I didn't have all the help I needed. The gentleman who helped me here made it so much better.

MICHAEL S.The person that I picked up the truck from was slow. Mostly because he was talking on a Facetime call throughout the entire check-in process. When I dropped the truck off at the same location it was the same person. This time he was on a personal phone call the entire dropoff process. At the end I asked for a receipt, he said it would be emailed to me. It is now 5 hours after I dropped the truck off and still no emailed receipt. Just a bad experience.

joseph B.The owner was on the speaker phone blaring in the background. Sounded like someone was being walked through a bitcoin tech support process. I went to get into the truck and noticed the driver side door ajar. When I 1st got in and sat down I sat in a puddle of water. The gas gage looked almost on E, it was well below 1/4 tank full. My trip was below 18 miles. Before I returned it I refueled it up to a 1/4 tank. I returned the truck in 2 hours instead of the planned 6 hours. The owner said I was good to go and gave me a thumbs up. Cool! About an hour later I get my receipt emailed to me and it's almost double than what I was told. I looked closely and they charged me $48 for a fuel fee and 4 gal of fuel. I called the owner and explained what it said, it took 25 minutes just to find my order (this isn't a busy location). I told him I put more gas in the truck than when I picked it up. He agreed to refund me. He would do so and call me back. I waited. He never called. I drove back to the store. He apologized and said he couldn't refund back to my card and would give me cash. I was fine with that. But before he refunded me he argued trying to say that there was a 1/4 tank when I picked it up. Absolutely not. He said it was U-haul that made the extra charge not him. It was out of his control but he'd refund me cash. I told him either way it's unethical. He gave me my $48 and I left. Honestly, I didn't care about the other issues leading up to the $48 fuel fee. It wasn't that big of a deal. The owner was initially friendly. I would've gone back and used the service again. But now in the grand scheme of things it really was an overall awful experience.
