Good customer service, a lot of equipment, though very small retail / service counter.
IRENA KI would like to dispute a charge of $48.93 that was charged because I went over allotted miles. This is unfair because I was forced to go further than my original reserved location. What can possibly be done to remediate this?

Joseph CI recently used U-Haul for a move and had an excellent experience. The online reservation process was simple, and the location I picked up from had the truck ready on time and in great condition. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure I understood everything before hitting the road. Returning the truck was just as easy. I also appreciated the flexibility in rental times and the affordable pricing. Highly recommend U-Haul for anyone needing a reliable moving solution!

NOSRATOLLAH PKishore was excellent, super helpful, professional, and polite! Thank you! I forgot to tell him that the windshield wiper blade on the passenger side of the van we rented does not work. It moves across the window but is blurry and doesn't clear the rain.

Mary HThere were not enough furniture pads. I had ordered 3 dozen and there were only two dozen. The clerk told me there were actually only 18, and that is was not a matter of what I had ordered but rather of availability. My order was placed more than a week in advance, so the pads should have been available. My pickup location was also changed from a large facility on route 88 in Bethel Park to a cramped, small one three miles away. Since I am not a professional driver, I chose the larger facility on wider roads for a serious reason. I get that it would be a waste of money to shift trucks around between facilities, but again, I placed the rental order well in advance, and weirdly, the text saying that my pickup point had changed was sent days ahead of the actual pickup.
PATRICIA RFrustrating experience beginning to end. Firstly the van I rented near my house evidentally wasn't really at this location. So I called support was out on hold for nearly 20 mins just to have the tech bump a button that hung up on me and they decided to not call back even tho they had my number. So I waited a few mins amd called support again this is all an hour and a half before I needed to leave for Christmas vacation. Thankfully the second tech had a van about 10 mins away ready for me t vano pick up. So I pick the van up quickly realizing the auxiliary plugs and radio do not function due to some factory pin needing entered so it works. So I drove four hours not being able to listen to anything. People deserve better when paying 260 dollars to use one of your vehicles. The guy at the uhaul laughed when I said about the radio. Kind of a joke tbh. Like they know it's screwed up but won't correct the issue. Just saying.

SHELLEY MMgr was nice. Truck was mediocre, check engine light came on after 4 hours and the truck lost some of its power. Truck was not even 3/4 loaded and I couldn't drive even 60mph and only 45 mph on any elevation. This added 2 and half hours to my trip and added stress as I had to drive with the flashers on most of the way. The employees at the drop off location seemed disinterested in me when I called to confirm address and didnt know their own zip code. They also didnt communicate with corporate about my drop off. I got a call 7 days after I dropped off the truck about returning the truck. Positive was the corporate customer service people I called were excellent. I wanted to ask for a partial refund for the poor truck but figured nobody would care or even get back to me. Guess we'll see. I have used uhaul at least 20 times in the past 10 years, not sure I will use uhaul again after this last experience. I wonder if a real human will even read this. Scott
