Very unprofessional, gave me a dirty uhaul. Didn’t know how to operate the business, she said she was just starting but that doesn’t account for how dirty the uhaul was, the back opened up because it wasn’t properly latched, the dolly wasn’t tied up, fleas in the cab. It was so gross guys

A truck was not available at the initial place I selected on line. The manager called me on a Saturday evening to provide a nearby alternative. Though the location was not open on Sunday, he called me to assist with both the checkout and return process. No unexpected charges. Everything went smoothly.

Chelle RFirst of all, as soon as i pulled out of the parking lot the service traction control light came on. As i was driving down the road it would go super high in RPM, then drop to zero power. When i returned the truck, no one said anything to me, just waved through the window, and i got charged an extra 300 dollars and was not warned before hand. no one called to discuss charges with me or anything. i am extremely disappointed and probably will never use uhaul or this location again.
