First of all, as soon as i pulled out of the parking lot the service traction control light came on. As i was driving down the road it would go super high in RPM, then drop to zero power. When i returned the truck, no one said anything to me, just waved through the window, and i got charged an extra 300 dollars and was not warned before hand. no one called to discuss charges with me or anything. i am extremely disappointed and probably will never use uhaul or this location again.
