The floor mats were so slippery that I nearly died multiple times. Getting in the truck was like stepping on ice. I think the floor mats were covered in Armor All. It made the pedals slip out from under my foot. My knee is swollen from the position I had up hold my leg in for hours to keep my foot on the pedal.

This particular vehicle was really crappy, it was one of the worst vehicles we rented from you guys. I would also like to mention one of the headlights was loose and moving the whole trip and it was a very rough riding vehicle. I've rented a 27 footer from you guys before and it was absolutely beautiful. But you guys really struck out this time, I would really like to speak to someone or have someone contact me about the condition and safety issues with our rental. We were really fearful of our safety and I know this is not U-Hauls standards.

JOE SWhen a customer requests a bigger vehicle and is willing to pay the by all means you should accommodate them. I was very clear on not wanting a 10” truck since I was moving from a 3 bedroom home. But I was given one anyway. When I asked to pay for a bigger truck, I was told that they’re only offered to drive locally. I was stuck with a very small truck that he told me could fit a condo inside and that was a lie. This caused me to have to make 3 trips from Pickens County to Tuscaloosa and it was super stressful for me, being that I am pregnant as well. I struggled very badly with that little truck but there was no other way to get help or anything that he was willing to do to help my process be better. And on top of that, I was charged a tag / license fee since it was the state of Mississippi. It just wasn’t fair at all to me.
