almy cOur truck spent the whole trip beeping at us that the trailer's breaks needed servicing. I don't know who's responsible for maintaining that, but it needs to be done.

Klaus LI did mobile check-in, so I can’t comment on the place or personnel inside. As far as the mobile check-in, it was great. Process was quick and went without a hitch. I rented the cargo van- inside was clean, drive well, newer model van. Pick up and return went well, card charged appropriately. No complaints whatsoever. I would rent from this location again.

Chris CI arrived before 7am for a 6am pickup time. I had a lot of trouble with the uhaul app (wouldn't advance to next screen, etc.). I called support, who helped me as best she could. Finally reached the point of getting a code to unlock the key box. Opened the box, but it was EMPTY. Support person said No other location with available equipment nearby. Waited until the office opened at 9am, who found the keys in the RETURN slot. I Do NOT recommend this location for rental.
THOMAS BTook a long time (over 20 mins) to process our reservation once we got to the facility. Said his internet was slow? That could be true as the facility and grounds looked very run down.

Austin CI think the uhauls could use some cleaning up and wiping down. It was some where power in the back of the van it would have been nice if someone washed this off before the next use.

jason dI received a call 2 hours after I left with the truck that was designated to me from Morris Bryant saying I took the wrong truck. He was very rude with explaining that the UHaul company made a mistake and that he was going to charge me for having the extra supplies in the truck that was designated to me. I explained to the caller that I checked in correctly and received the key from the right lock box so any error should not be on me and I should not be charged for anything extra. Also told him we did not use any of the materials that were in the truck. I did not appreciate his tone and attitude towards me if I did not make the mistake.

Michelle BNo complaints. Got the truck with no hassle. Truck was clean, but seriously needed either to be retired or sent in for some serious maintenance, the brakes in particular needed work. Just an old truck. Luckily we weren't going far. Anything more than the 20 mile round trip we took wouldn't had been doable with this particular truck.

William RI was sent an hour away to pickup a truck and another 10 minutes for the trailer for my car. The truck was on empty when I received it and had the check engine light on it the whole time. The trailer did not have any working breaks making breaking a very uneasy occurrence.
MASON BIf i could offer anything of help, it would be to clear the messages on the phone. It is very difficult to get ahold of an actual person through the phone in case I need to ask a human some questions or change the date of the rental, etc. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and the gentleman is very friendly and helpful. I will always use this location for my rentals.
GEORGE GRight rear directions ligjt not working 10 minutes after pick up went va k and was told to contact customer service for repairs. Did not have time for that so drove over 1000 miles in dark and rain with it not working. Trailer leaked at bottom of roll yup door.
Keith WThe building and area looked rather 'sketchy'. There appeared to be abandoned at least 1 abandoned vehicle on the lot, filled with, and surrounded by discarded junk. The building was a bit dilapidated, with an "Open" sign in the window - but, the door was locked and nobody seemed to be around. There was also a [recently killed] deer carcass in front of the lot. The one existing U-Haul truck already on the lot, and the drop box loosely attached to a door frame, were the only real indications that this was the right location. (3591 Whiskey Rd, Aiken, SC 29803 - Watkins MH & RV Park) Also, this was not the drop location I had specified when I made my reservation - but rather, the location the App sent me to. I called and spoke with a U-Haul associate who said it was possible my specified location may be full and not accepting any more equipment, and I should drop off where the App specified. And that is what I did.

WILLIAM GOpened the back and roaches went everywhere. Both large and small roaches. We stopped to buy bug spray but it didn’t seem to phase them. Couldn’t even load our boxes because we weren’t moving these roaches in our new home. We listed complaint never heard anything or received any type of refund.
JOHNNIE TThe truck and trailer were fine. The location is run down and needs to fill in the holes in the parking lot. The man who runs this location laughs at you about assisting you as directed by uhaul themselves. Buyer beware: whatever u haul send you for directives will not happen at this location. The man who runs this location should find a new job as his attitude is awful and disrespectful and it is very apparent he doesn't want to do the work. We paid a lot of money to be treated like trash. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location.
Ann AThe owner/operator seems nice enough, though not particularly communicative. It takes an inordinately long time to conduct transactions...rental and return of vehicles. The property inside and out is not maintained overall, disorganized, and filthy. Not a good representation of the U-HAUL brand.

jeff FNot the location I requested, but got stuck with it. Second rental from this location and the location is not clean or well-maintained. The trailer was OK in terms of cleanliness. Ramp latch on the right side was clearly broken and the left trailer tire lost all of its tread during the rental, so I can't say it was well maintained.

James CI find it difficult to give a poor review for a specific location when part of the experience was due to the online reservation system allowing me to reserve equipment not actually available at this location. So there's that. But the appliance dolly we rented did not lock the strap tight properly. We made it work with some zip ties. Upon return when I reported that, I was told it's not supposed to lock; I was stunned. I explained my experience with such Uhaul equipment it is supposed to lock, that it has too.
