This location has limited room for Uhauls. However they had the one I needed when I needed it. Once the guy arrived I was done in like 10 minutes and on my way.Joseph L.

Absolutely the worst experience. I would never recommend anyone to use the We Gas location. The staff was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY rude and refused to let me drop off the trailer, even though I had identified this site and day as the drop off location in my rental agreement. I was rudely told they didn't have room and to take it somewhere else. No kidding, there is no room at all at this tiny location, let alone to be a UHual rental location. I suggested they should have been expecting my drop off as they accepted my reservation. After my refusal to take it elsewhere they angerly pointed to the road and said to leave it and walked away. All I can say is wow, I can't believe those people work with actual customers.Peter B.

The man working was so friendly and kind. It was strange that the online attendant asked for 3 different types of verification and made the process much longer. If you needed and/or wanted that information why did you not ask for that earlier when I made the reservation? What a solid waste of my employers time, my time, the very kind man at the station's time, and then my friend's time who had to confirm that it was me. I could have given you all of that information the day before with the reservation, when people were free to give such information The day before online, It made it seem like my passport was enough to allow the reservation was enough, but it wasn't. I would have given my managers number to verify earlier if I had known that I would have waited 10+ min for you to call my friend to confirm it was me. Aside from the initial upset, everything was easy and went very smooth.Jacob B.

My issue with this experience is based on receiving incorrect pricing info, and in general receiving conflicting information every time I called U Haul. Additionally, I called on Saturday 11/2 and was told a manager would call me Monday, however no one called and now it's Wednesday. I was told that if I return my rental truck earlier than anticipated, I'd be credited for the days I didn't use it. However, I was charged in full and was told I wouldn't be refunded for days I didn't even have the truck in my possession. I expect a credit for refunding the truck on Saturday vs Sunday, as was explained to me in my initial phone call, and I would also appreciate consideration for the fact that I received conflicting information and that on one has reached out as promised. The guy was late, when he told me he would be there earlier, said his car broke down, he did the contract on his phone and sent the paperwork via email. The truck stunk like a latrine, and then I was double charged 2 days later. This place sucks!!!Ava J.

Don't go to this place I rented a U haul and swept it clean the gas station owner told me go wash the truck or I will be charged $25 cleaning fee I rented from other places and never once was treated with such disrespect i was appalled by the demeanor of that manEDWARD B.

I reserved a van for 8 AM. The location was ten minutes late in opening and then slow in getting my reservation processed. I will not be renting from this location again.Melanie W.
The authorization process was extremely unclear. I was not made aware that I needed to have two verified contacts at the ready to answer a verification phone call. While I did have two people who were able to answer the phone, this process took more than 40 minutes to resolve. Additionally, when the agent could not get through to my contacts initially, although they had their phones in front of them and never received a phone call when the agent said she called them, the agent then proceeded to tell me there was no way I could go through with my U-Haul rental. This was incredibly distressing as yesterday, 11-28, was the only day I was able to move my belongings. After I repeatedly asked for an alternative method to verify my account, the agent told me I needed to use my passport. I had a picture of my passport but she said she could not use that. I found that to be asinine as I was at the UHaul location ready to move my belongings, to which I did not have my physical passport on me, and I assume most people would not have their physical passport with them either. I understand due process but when it is unclear and there is a woefully unhelpful agent "assisting" you, it is frustrating and took away from the allotted time I had rented the vehicle for.Genoviva S.
Hi, I'm disgusted with the company because, I delivered the truck with the same amount of fuel that I received, and they charged me $ 48 dollars for not delivering it with half a tank. I have the photos showing the miles and the amount of fuel.Jose R L.

We Gas was fine. Everything was in order. The customer service rep who helped me on the phone was great. The U-Haul app and the experience of picking up the van were T E R R I B L E. It took 55 minutes, 45 of it on the phone, to get checked in. The app and website are in desperate need of fixing. Also, I should be notified ahead of time if I need to have my passport on me to pick up a rental van.ANDREA C.

I had the attendant at We Gas check my gas gauge, put $3.00 of gas into the truck, then tell me I'm all set. The next day I get a bill for 13.84 for 1/2 gallon of gas. I called they said they would refund it and I haven't heard from them or received a refund.Dennis K.
