The van was in excellent condition and appeared to be pretty new. The back of the van was clean. The front was a little dirty but this was not a bad thing and actually a good thing because I had left some dog hairs on the seat and forgot about it until I dropped it off and was worried I might be charged, but I wasnt and I was happy about that. For starters, that place is set up not so user-friendly. When we arrived to our destination, the dolly I paid for and the moving pads were not in the back of the truck. So... I had to buy one, and of course lowes only had the one that cost $150 in stock. I am super unhappy about this and will never rent a u-haul ever again. I expect to be refunded for the items missing and you should actually reimburse me for the damn dolley I had to buy!Preston R.

The owner was very helpful. The charge was coming up more than we expected and he was able to find a way to make sure I got eh correct rate and didn't mind that I left my vehicle on the property for a few days. Great Business!!Devel S.
The manager / only employee I interacted with did not wear a mask, make a move to put on a mask, or acknowledge that he should be wearing a mask. Instead, he sat at a desk roughly 25 feet from the front entrance to his warehouse. This is completely unacceptable. I would recommend friends to use any U-Haul location that is not this one, and if none are available to use another company, as at least other locations pose less of a health risk to customers than the one I used. My family includes someone who is immunocompromised, and weâ€“â€“as all people shouldâ€“â€“are taking covid very seriously. In order to improve the experience for the next customer, U-Haul should contact the manager and demand that they wear a mask. I will never rent a U-Haul from that particular location again.Brannock F.

No change you pick up store the night before you are getting the rental to another locations just because you wrote it in the little letter that that girl at the store I reserve the rental talk me. That cost me another $30.00 for the rental since I had to go and get the truck I need 15 miles to opposed of my way otherwise you company change my reservation the night before and I ended paying the price.LUIS T.

I was charged for 645 miles and only went maybe 120. Was told by customer service they would fix the amount total which would be $172 and change well I'm still getting charged $172 plus $61 dollars doesn't make much sense had the truck for two days and I'm paying 233 dollars so doesn't seeM right. Ensure that any additional rented equipment is in the truck. So the customer doesn't have to waste their time on moving day on the phone and driving to look for equipment that was ordered but not provided.Krzysztof G.
I specifically requested a truck so that I could return at a different location. Tried to drop truck off at 3 locations before anyone could tell me that the pickup facilty was expecting the truck back that night and I would be charged a $150 if I left it at another location. This is not what I agreed to on the phone with the oickup location and the process added two hours to my move and ran up miles on the truck. Will be contacting customer service to dispute mileage.Caroline K.

This location was worst, when I got to the office it was closed I waited 1 hour and finally someone answered my phone call to the phone number was in the sing, he told me to wait 10 min, 30 min later he arrived and took care first to another customer I was there first, when was my time he was charging me $40 extra because I was delayed. I wasn't delayed I was on time and i had to wait hours to be able to return the truck, and to make it worst was 90â€¢ F outside.Ovidio R.

I was charged for fuel even though I returned the vehicle with even more fuel than it had when I left. Out of the 3 times that I have rented from U-Haul (different locations), this has happened twice. Additionally, I expected to get the vehicle using the online system, but was only told that there was a problem shin I reached the final step online. Furthermore, I was only told of the nature of the problem when I reached out to customer service. Finally, I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes for someone to get to the location.Frank M.

The man working really didnt know how to attach the trailer to my hitch so we had to youtube videos and do it ourselves. The store was very disorganized and didn't seem very well maintained. Another issue we had was that U-Haul transferred my reservation to Weelz. Weelz did not have the reservation ready/ didnt have access to it. I am not sure who'e to blame on this one but it was very stressful. It took me over an hour and 30 mins to get everything completed. The man working was very nice despite all the issues.Amy T.

Great experience from beginning to end. I rented one of the small U-Haul trucks and when my friend and I arrived, we were greeted with a smile. Very thorough explanation and expectations for return of the truck. Same friendly greeting upon return. I've rented U-Haul trucks before, but this was by far the most pleasant and will use this business again if needed in the future.Heather B.
First off the 24 hour link for u haul didn't work so I had to wait for the store to open. Said they open at 9 but guy didn't get there till almost quarter till 10.Stacy S.
Actually put accurate instructions for the location of the key so that the next customer can find the key. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled pickup time because the key was not where the instructions indicated. This threw off my entire day's schedule, as well as the schedule of the person helping me. The truck was not readily available when I requested it because of this problem, even though it indicated that it would be available. To add insult to injury, I was charged for TWO DAYS instead of one because I had to return the truck at 11 am as opposed to 10:30 am due to not being able to take the truck at 6:30 am when i went to pick it up (I was unable to access the key until 7:30 am when the owner finally provided me with accurate instructions). Now i have to wait five business days, apparently, for them to correct this overcharging issue. I am Furious about this whole ordeal and will most likely not be using uhaul again.Francesca C.

There was no signage t tell you anything. The name of the business Wheelz was nowhere in sight. We nearly put the keys in the wrong drop box of the business that comes up when you research that name. They need to do better with that. If the gentleman from the business hadn't come out the keys would have been put in the wrong business key box. He was very nice though so it made it better. Unusual set up but all in all a good experience!Robert L.
