The staff at this location verbally expressed how disinterested they were in renting u-haul equipment. They claimed they hadn’t been trained on how to process the rental, so the quick checkout (which I completed online) took well over 20 minutes. Returning the truck was the same; each clerk attempting to pass the buck to the next. The one clerk (I didn’t get his name) that was behind the paints counter was the only staff in the entire store who proactively offered to assist. He’s the only positive in this experience. To top it off; my rental wasn’t processed upon return & I got double-charged as if I had kept the truck a full extra day. Needless to say, I will never rent from this store again.

I registered online to make my pick up day easier though when I came to the establishment, it took more than 40 minutes to give me my keys. The online site would not read my ID but had a clear picture and the associate was unaware on how to get it uploaded again. Another associate came in to help yet he was not interested in getting me out of there with efficiency at all. After waiting another 20minutes he then proceeds to tell me I can’t use a pre-paid card, which it is not. The online account registered my card easily though the associate insisted I use another card. He then proceeded to call the hotline again to check the card, after telling me I need another card. After transferring the money and telling the associate twice that I have a new card, the associate still proceeded to check the card number. On the third time of me yelling there’s no money on that card anymore, he slams the phone and finally assist with my needs. It took me to have to raise my voice just to be heard, along with getting out there within the next 5mins after doing so. Why would I register online just to come in store and spend an extra 40minutes for nothing? It needs ro be fixed.

We ran into some issues as this was a work related rental. We were using to transport items going to a convention center. We had to extend the rental and I felt as if I was bothering or asking for a favor. I usually go to the location in Altamonte Springs on 434 but they didn’t have the 10 ft truck this time. I just wasn’t happy with the service here. They took too long to get me out and when it was time to extend they’re not too friendly. In the future I will go somewhere else.

From the 24/7 service not working as supposed to causing a wait that was longer than a walk in to you overcharging me for mileage impossible to be driven in the 3 hours I had it (200 miles) which was more than the odometer read until still not having the almost $300 that you overcharged and withdrew from my account . Absolutely awful experience and no customer service. You can take almost $300 out of my account unjustly but not put it back in. Your screw up caused me to overdraft.
