Wenzels was fine, they were quite helpful in getting the trailer rented. I did NOT like having to go 20 miles to pick up a trailer when I had made the reservation with a UHaul location 5 miles from my house.Gerald R.

Equipment doors were bent and let in air. Someone must have tried to steal them in the past or locked the keys in them too many times. Location is in an ok neighborhood. I wouldn't spend all day there, you're close to Zion and some bad areas for theft and crime.ALAN D.

When we picked up the equipment the people working at the location never came out to help us hook up the trailer they pointed to the trailer and said it's right out there. They never made sure that we had the necessary pulling equipment nothing. They were no help! Luckily we knew what we were doing! This location is a horrible representation for the company!James Q.

I returned the truck the same day I rented the truck. I had to check several times & still no one was there. I had to finally drop the key in a hole. I informed him that I'll return the key the same day (in a few hours). He did not inform nor communicate with me that he won't be there & how to drop off the truck. I refilled the gas tank to 3/8 exactly where it was when I took the truck. I was still charged $10.40 for 2.6L of gas. Horrible service! I wasted my gas driving to the location several times to make sure I return the truck officially.ABAYOMI A.

This location was excellent and the business owner was quite helpful. The issues I have regarding my recent rentals deal with the uhaul corporation. There was quite a bit of hassle and inconvenience. I placed my reservation for a 26' truck and auto transport around 3 weeks before my move. I received confirmation emails the day before the move giving me a location that was 45 minutes away from my house instead of something local, and the auto transport was confirmed for a separate location. When I called to confirm my truck rental, I was lucky to get in touch with the owner, as the business was planning to be closed the day of my rental. The owner made arrangements with me to pick up the truck. Had he not been willing to accommodate, my entire move and weekend would have to have been postponed. Very poor planning and coordination by uhaul, but great customer service by the location owner.Michael K.

Next time you send someone to 4 different locations. Make sure you give them a call, this was such a huge inconvenience that I had to drive to different locations when I had movers waiting and were being paid by the hourAdrienne C.

A little more direction on using the online return tool would be nice. Such as taking pictures via your return tool. I initially took pictures thinking I could attach them and found out I could not. I had to return to the site to complete the check in.Eric T.
The truck had apparent mechanical issues. Turning the wheel you could hear loud screeching and grinding around the wheels. Breaks sounded horrible. Was really afraid to drive the truck but took a chance. Had no other choice.Tinthy H.

I go to Wenzel's for all my rental needs, even though I live and work over the border in WI. They have always been courteous, prompt, and reliable. This particular transaction, the main U-Haul "point of sale" was down, which caused a delay of over half an hour while they tried to fix the situation for me. Eventually, I had to leave and return later to pick up the trailer. Wenzel's works very hard for their customers, and it was frustrating to be held up like that. Hopefully, U-Haul can correct the issue so it doesn't happen. Again, Wenzel's is great. Always courteous and prfoessional.Matthew S.

Educate Wenzel's the" UHaul way" . He was irritated because I asked alot of questions, he used foul language. I asked if an alternate payment could be made at the drop off. All I got was " NO" He said he would loose his commission. It was most unpleasant. I always rent from UHaul, never had a bad experience ....until now.William B.

I reserved a van on Thursday May 5 2016 for Saturday May 72016 from 11:00am til 3:00pm when I got there the a Van was not there the clerk was not much help he offered me a truck so I took it but the funny thing is when I dropped the truck off later in the day there was a van in the lot so it seems like he rented the van to someone else that I reserved l just think it's poor business especially when you reserve somethingCarl R.
