Not only did the employee not attach the hitch correctly, the unit had a faulty tire that eventually blew out on the highway and stranded us for over 3 hours until a repair person came to replace it.

KENCHRELL BI rented this vehicle for mobile pickup. When I arrived a truck was not assigned so I had to wake up owner of Villa Hotel and wait for them to find reservation. I used vehicle for three hours, put ten miles total on vehicle and returned it and handed keys directly to same individual at Villa Hotel that gave them to me at pickup. I was charged for four days worth of rental with no instant resolution or refund. Will never use U-Haul again and will find alternate means to move
