The 20 ft trailer was not available when I arrived for pickup, I was promised a hefty discount outside of the reduced cost for the 15 footer, no discount added when I dropped off because the person was not in apparently. Also it took 3 weeks to bill my credit card and the truck was filthy.

Teresa MCalled ahead for early drop off and were very accommodating. They too had some issues with the portal but assured they would email drop off receipt, and was done so before leaving the facility.
Thomas PI dropped my rental on Sunday and it was not checked in untill Tuesday after calling the 800 Uhaul number on Monday and Tuesday. I did not want to be charged a laye fee as I already had a problem with my bill not being the same as my quote.
