Erik PEmployee yelled at me for dropping trailer off after she was behind on other work. She confronted me after she tossed my paperwork at me and was cursing the whole time. Terrible interaction most rude and terrible experience. After driving 40 min in heavy snow she asked me to leave and come back the next morning because she was supposed to be off already and it was not her job to accept a trailer earlier than the reservation time. After some back and forth she finally took the rental in. She was upset over a situation that had nothing to do with me and I was the punching bag. Worst experience ever!!!! Ruined my business with U-Haul will never rent from them again.
Jocelyne R3-6 inches of ice and over 18 inches of snow in trailer. Picked up in a 6 inch snow storm, so I assumed besides that it was good. Took my wife and I over an hour to remove snow and ice from D-Rings to even make the trailer usable.

SERGIO QThe owner of this location was the rudest, most unhelpful person. You guys should really consider moving your business to a different location, as I’m sure there are plenty of businesses in the Valley that would love to partner with you. She was complaining about U-Haul on the phone with someone when I got there to drop off the truck and acted like I was such an inconvenience to her when dropping off the trailer. I would rather drive an extra hour to drop off equipment than go to this location again.

Miguel BI was unable to return the trailer where it was supposed to be returned. My husband ended up in the ER in Glenwood springs. I explained the situation and was still charged $100 because it wasn't returned to proper place!!!! Thanks for being understanding!!! We will never rent a u-haul AGAIN!!! Mrs Robert Ketcham
Robert KRude people, had no where to park. Had to park in the drive way. One end of the drive way was very tight to pull in with junk in the way.

Greg EThe location and business was fine. The absolute failure of uhaul to fulfill my reservation cost me about thousand dollars. I reserved a 26 foot truck so i could complete moving our 3 bd house in the one day we had available to move. I was called the day before moving day and informed that our truck would not be available and all they had was a15 ft truck. As a consequence, i was not able to complete the move that day, had to do several trips, then had to return the truck, and spent the next 2 days making trips in my car, costing me money in gas and missed work. I would like uhaul to compensate me for that expense as you state on your website that if the reserved vehicle is not available an appropriate replacement will be provided. My replacement was not

Cruz RI turned my truck in on a Friday and they did not process until Monday and are trying to charge me two days extra rental. Not professional.

Pam BUhaul changed our drop off location without our permission and didn't even list the address for drop off on the initial receipt. If you have to do an afterhours Werks drop off instead, the instructions for drop off were non-existent. U Haul gave us the wrong phone number for drop off and there was no sign for where to park the truck or do the rental key drop off. The parking of the Uwerks were extremely full. The saving grace in this case was Nikki who manages the Eagle Gypsum drop off 2 minutes away, which is much better ran. She went out of her way to help us figure out where to park the truck and what to do with the keys. Strongly recommend fixing the drop off recs for Werks for after hours.
Hans BThe owner of pick up shop was rude. The young man trying to assist me was excellent. Cab of truck was filthy and smelled terrible. Gas was at 5/8 yet paperwork said 3/4, so that was a little frustrating. U-haul changed the pick up location on me without notification. Email had the pick up location I chose, text had a different location. Otherwise, it worked for what I needed it for.

GREG WOn your website stop adding automatic defaults to additional items. It caused me additional phone calls and another trip to the store to have them removed. Noise level in the cab of the truck averaged 81 decibels while actually causes hearing loss. Could have been the badly misaligned driver door. I hope I never need to rent a truck again (from anyone) not just U-Haul

Jay R1.Trailer's hitch securing device was not functioning properly (had to use duct tape to keep it from loosening up while on the road in tow). 2.Was given a trailer with ID/Lic. plate that didn't match the contract making it difficult to return at the drop off location
Kevin KWe couldn't figure where to return the key. The place was poorly lit. And, the app wouldn't let me return the truck and had to start over on my work phone. The app needs some serious help
