The uhaul was dirty, they didn't have the hand trucks I rented and the guy working the counter seemed off. He wasn't very friendly and I noticed prescription bottles on the counter. It didn't bother me but seemed very unprofessional.Maria A.

The staff were very helpful, there was a mix up where I was going to do a mobile check out but this location doesn't do mobile check outs so they let me pick up the truck the evening before the actual pick up.Stephen W.

When I called customer service to pick up the truck with my phone they were rude and unwilling to believe that their system might be at fault. However, when we were finally able to talk to someone on-site, they were friendly and helpful. Just don't use corporate!KATHERINE C.
The sales agent was incredibly short and rude and at the same time he bungled my move costing me time and money. After picking up the truck, driving all the way to my apartment, we discovered that the truck was padlocked with a combination lock. When we called to get the combination, he acted like it was our fault, and before we could explain all we needed was the combination, he demanded we drive all the way back to him and hung up on us. (In his defense it was right around closing). So we got in the truck and drove back, and when we were almost there, we called again to ask what would happened when we got there (to see if there was anything we could do to help). He practically yelled at us, saying â€œI'm going to open it with the KEY!â€ The implication being we were idiots wasting his time. That was when we explained we just needed the combination, not a key. He did not have the combination but eventually he called us back with the combination, but not before we ended up doubling the mileage, gas, and time of my move.Nicholas H.

Carol (manager) allowed Phil (employee) to man his location for the day without supervision which was a disaster. Phil needs to be properly trained before going alone. He didn't even know how to use a scanner or login to the uhaul network. The keys he gave me did not unlock the truck but instead unlocked the lock box that keys are deposited into after hours. I opened the box myself, found the correct keys, locked everything up properly, and returned them to him. It didn't even phase him that that was a huge error. Also, the store was abandoned until 1:15 with a be back soon sign despite my 1:00 reservation and he was so slow that I did not leave the building untll 2:00 which made moving that much more challenging. 100% will never go back to this location and will tell others about it. When I showed up, there was no one available. I called the emergency number and no one could me. Finally someone came 45 minutes later and I had to wait another half hour because she was a sub in and couldn't find the keys. Ruined my day.STEVEN N.

If U-Haul wants customers to use a website to for after hours check in, it should work with an Android phone. I have 6 pictures of the mileage and fuel guage that were not accepted as being "recent" enough on my phone. The telephone customer service rep was courteous and professional, but did not have the authority/tools to complete the check in. I arrive at the storage facility (not a U-Haul store) this morning to complete the check in and pay the bill, U-Haul doesn't accept checks. That's just cheap and lazy on U-Haul's part. And that's it for us and U-Haul.Jeffrey B.

Your rep terminated my rental an hour early, while I still had the keys he entered the truck and removed my belongings. When I told him that was wrong of him, he and the property management assistant gave fed me a line saying so what there's nothing I can do about it.Jonathan F.
