Sherri JFor the rental locstion? Nothing. They did excellent. Easy and polite service. Made renting the truck a breeze. For U-haul itself? First and foremost: Newer models are a good idea. Sure, the older trucks are probably pretty cheap, making it easier to deal with damage risk. But having a cleaner looking cab with a more modern style would be more comfortable for the drivers. Even just some vinyl wrapping on the dash would make the ride less tense for people not used to driving such large vehicles. Stressful or uncomfortable drivers in an unfamiliar vehicle and unfamiliar environment is probably a recipe for disaster. By making it more comfortable, it becomes less stressful and less likely to have risks. I managed just fine, but some people might not.
William FThe gentleman who was working there has awful customer service. We were very polite when picking up our van and when I handed him my ID he said “wow you don’t look like your ID”. Pretty uncalled for. The facility is clean and seems really well organized but that was incredibly poor judgement.
KAYCEE COutstanding, and hassle free service. There are always vehicles available to rent, along with a host of other equipment as well. Very convenient location and super friendly customer service. Easy online vehicle check in is very convenient.

Jeremiah JThe whole experience was a nightmare. The reservation was done online so nothing what they do to help you on the inside. I had to do the photo and driver's license twice. Took over 30 minutes to get our. Plus I got an additional charge of $18 so I don't even know where it came from. No receipt sent.

Elisa SI've noticed in general from all locations I rent from that the interior of the trucks are not clean. In many cases food crumbs and spills in the drink holders and muddy floor mats. Otherwise I've been extremely happy with my U-Haul experiences. This location is very convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Randy JI was charged for the safe trip which I declined online. I believe it was erroneously added by the location staff and I didn’t catch the mistake until after. I am unhappy that I was charged nearly $30 for something I intentionally declined.

Mark NHave the vehicle in a place that is easy to access and pull away. I was under the impression when I rented it that I would not have to check in with a person. When I arrived I had to spend time checking the vehicle out with Pierre. He is a nice guy. Yet I still just wanted to get in the vehicle and get my project done.
John PSomeone had spilled a drink on the horn section of the steering wheel. When returning the truck I was told to park in one of the spots by the gate but had no room to park without damage occurring to the rental and van that was parked there. So had to park accross the street.

Kristen CThe guy working - Gary, was extremely rude and told us he won’t accept our turn in and he doesn’t do one ways even though we picked up from the location the day before and the drop off was the same location. The door was locked, during business ours 3:30/4 pm. He was displeased because his staff was not supposed to accept our truck (pick up day) and instead of being professional and communicating with his staff, he took it out on us.

Not allowing me to take/us all the required photos and then use them from my photo album...instead make me wonder through the U-Haul return APP and take photos in real time. Too bad too many attorneys are so scared of so many customers that all customers pay the price. The local rental vendor is excellent.

When we did the chat, the customer service rep was no help at all and disconnected the chat even thought i continued to text. Sent me a message saying it appeared that I had disconnected even though I had just sent her several messages. That she had ignored and didnt respond to.
