AARON GThe app is crap. The pictures would not upload it took almost half an hour just to take the stupid pictures. And then we could barely get the van parked in the extremely tight parking spot. It took a lot of maneuvering to keep from hitting the other parked truck.
PAVEL MCustomer service was fantastic. The woman who checked out the truck was very friendly and helpful. She made the check in and out process fast and fun.
