I didn’t agree with having to pay 55$ and I had it for 2 hours and the first hour I had to spend trying to get the lock box open with the keys inside as well as trying to get the back latch open when it was froze shut. After finally getting it open I couldn’t move much because I couldn’t afford more time to use the truck so I did what I could and used my car for the rest.

Waivie HowardNot the fault of pickup location but my origional pickup location was in troy, mo. The reservation was made weeks in advance. I had to drive an hour to pickup the trailer without any compensation for my troubles. No one at uhaul cared one bit.

Brad KreissThere was a mistake not on our end and we had to put extra miles on the truck to pick up an drop off in a place other then we set up for a week before the rental. then we were charged for dolly when we took our own an other charge that made some thing be about 100 dollars more then was figured because of a mistake on U-Haul end. the people where we picked up an dropped off were very nice that was only good. Will advise friends an family to find other ways to move. not worth it. Very disappointed.

ROBERT LYONSWe had issues using my smart phone. Totally “operator error!l. Users need to make sure they have the location settings on their phone correct before they get started. Thankfully Jessica told us to make sure to call the 800 number if there were any problems. We had to do that and Kristina stayed on the line with us until we had the keys. Excellent experience given I couldn’t figure out how to use my phone. Will definitely go to West End Cabins the next time we need a Uhaul truck!!

Jay HoltzhouserWhen you are given an advanced notice, and I am told that the trailer can be picked up at a certain location, it needs to be at that location. No last minute phone calls or last minute changes. Your actions were unprofessional and contributed to a disastrous experience. This is not the U-Haul Corporation that I grew up with and had found memories of.
Kevin GlassMy equipment was not there. I was very clear that I needed an appliance dolly and it was not there. I had to go out and PURCHASE my own. They gave me a measly $40.00 credit. The dolly cost me twice as much. Not to mention the time it took to pick up the truck took so long. The general manager suggested that I drive something like 40 miles to another location to pick up a dolly at another location. I feel the clerk handling the transaction was rude and even at one point raised her voice to me!
Deborah CloverUHaul does not reserve any truck for you or the location you choose. They have burned me twice now with changing the item I reserved and the location I picked up at. The 2nd time I reserved a 26ft truck and trailer. On the day I was to pick it up, my husband called to make sure out was ready and that is when they told him they only had a 20 ft truck. We were moving to another state and needed this truck. We had to store stuff at friends homes and still have to go back and get it. Save some stress and don't use U Haul.
