I did not like the self check in at all. It was hot, no cover and I’m walking all over raking pictures, suns so bright I can’t see anything. I kind of felt ripped off. When I picked it up, I walked into a building with ac. Was greeted and helped by a person who explained things and trick was brought to me and parked right outside the door. Total opposite experience dropping it off. We changed our s hedge to be sure we dropped it off during business hours yet nobody there. Kind of ruined what other wise was a good experience.
