My original reservation was not honored. The U-haul sight advertises that the reservation is honored or money will be returned to the customer, (" Your reservation is guaranteed or we will give you $50"). I have yet to have the $50.00 returned to my Credit Card. The truck which was assigned to me was not at the location. It took an hour to complete the transaction. Ultimately I was given a completely different reservation as well another truck all together. I'm totally disappointed by the service received at this location. The young lady didn't know the their system. She made several calls to the manager and the location on 27th Ave & 183rd Street in Miami Gardens, FLValencia M.

I was charged a extra $40 due to the truck being returned after 7:21pm which was not my fault. Please read the notes on the account or give me a call. When I went to turn in the rental at Westar the attendant told me that he cannot take the Key for the u hual. I called u hual and made them aware. I waited at westar until the manager came who then apologized and took the key to the u hual. I was there on time and should not be charged the $40 for a extra day.Felica P.
