Carnegie was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the trailer hitched up and making sure that everything was as it was supposed to be for a good and safe rental which it was. Kenneth MIt was a wonderful and easy process. The agent was very courteous, knowledgeable and great to work with.
chiqueta hMy original quote was without insurance but he added it without telling me. He removed it. He attached the transporter chain to my car axle even though I told him that its dangerous and will damage my car. I got charged for the transporter twice. The 1st time when I picked it up and paid in full and then again the next day. I called him and he told me to look at my receipt and gave me no help. He did not secure my car properly so 4 hrs into my drive my car started falling off the transporter. My car partially fell off the front of the transporter and damaged my bumper. When I arrived in PA U-Haul advised that it was so bad that they couldn't even remove my car off of the transporter without the entire bumper being ripped off. It took almost 2 hours and we had to scissor jack the side of my car up and placed two by fours under my front tires just to lift the car enough to remove it off of the vehicle. so now my car's bumper and the inside of it has suffered significant damage due to this man in Miami's negligence.
