Honestly the location and the actual individuals who run the uhaul location in Columbus are awesome and great, who isn't awesome is the individuals who we called for the helpline and specifically the regional manager or supervisor from uhaul. We were able to reserve a truck which the location didn't have, and at a time which the location did not service. When we attempted to find answered we were faced with an extremely rude woman on the other end of the line, I understand individuals have bad days however due to how this woman treated myself and my fiancé over the phone I am inexplicably never using Uhaul again, when all we looked for was answers and fixes to our issues we were instead giving sarcastic, or rude replies insinuating that everything was our fault, and that in fact we "knew" that the location didn't offer that size or that time. I am emphatically not recommending U-Haul to anyone and I myself am never going through this company again.
Dylan RTruck broke down out of my control couldn’t return the trailer got told wouldn’t get charged but then got charged 300$ with no warning no email no call no nothing even tho I wasn’t able to use the U-Haul trailer to the full extent

Joe PHave always had good service at this location. Returned trailer as soon as I arrived at me destination using to "return equipment" feature on app. It was slow and buggy but I was able to successfully return my trailer after taking a few pictures and getting the hitch to unlock from my hitch ball.
Jeremy RI purchased a 15 foot uHaul truck and two furniture dollies online ahead of time to move an 800 pound piano -- a family heirloom -- out of my parents' farmhouse. They're moving off of their farm where they've lived for generations to move to Omaha to be closer to their grandchildren. I expected the the dollies I had purchased online would be ready along with the truck. Upon arrival, this location informed me that they did not have any furniture dollies, despite my having placed an order online. Because I had no prior notice, I didn't have time to secure an additional furniture dolly. It was impossible to move that piano without the two dollies I requested. It turned what would have been an otherwise relatively easy move into a complete ordeal. Why was I not notified ahead of time that this branch of the U-Haul chain did not have the equipment I requested? I would not recommend this location or uHaul moving forward.

Eduardo LJohn, at this drop off location provided excellent service. I loved that the location was also a bowling alley and if I didn't need to drive 4 hours to get back home, I would have stayed and bowled a couple games!
JASPER ELocation had no moving blankets though I’d reserved them. Employee offered no help in trying to locate some at another location. This place is a bar and bowling alley and not equipped at all to help me with moving needs. A really bad look for UHaul.
Keith HI was told the gas tank was full and to be sure to return it filled. The guage was actually about 1/8 low. I drove only 29 miles but had to put over 6 gallons in it. I asked for pads and was told they had none available, but there were 6 in the truck.

robin pI dropped tbe truck off Saturday evening in the lot there was no one there so I dropped the key in the dropbox. I was able to fuel less than a mile away at the cenix station ehich had wide bays and easy acvesd for a big truck.

Becky KBe sure trucks have washer fluid. Windshield was really nasty but couldn't cle it because washer fluid was empty.

THOMAS HOverall a good experience. Not enough mileage was allowed and was charged extra, not impressed at all. Need to allow extra mileage.
