The location office is open too late at noon, so they can not finish the return processing on time. However, they charging unappropriated extra late return charge to their customer even though I return the rental truck on time. (Drop off the key at the office door which is the best I can do for return processing) I will not recommend this location to my community.Laesung P.

i was over charged this time when i returned the pickup. very disappointing billing method.Prabhat S.
Instructions for the lockbox was written in horrible English. The keys were stuck in box. The box had sharp edges and cut my hand. The van had burnt out turn signals. Bottles were stuck under the passenger seat. App was annoYing. I showed up at the correct time but process took forever. Why not do the validation at time of booking?Damian W.

Location was small and looked untidy; I was overcharged on fuel. I was unable to reach the owner to bring the overcharge to his attention on 3 separate attempts. The company, U-Haul, did fully refund my overcharge with an apology. I fully recommend U-Haul but not this location.Walter A.
I had to Waite for 20 minutes for the person to show up . I'm called him multiple times and he pretended like the appointment he received was for a different time. Not happy at all with how I was treated . ThanksHamidreza S.
The Uhaul Rep submitted the bill, without reviewing with me first. As a result I was overcharged & had to follow up with Uhaul via phone to get a credit issued.WAYNE C.
We were told someone would be at the location at 8 am, so made arrangements and appointments accordingly. There was no one there. We could only get one lock box open, which was to the wrong vehicle. We tried to open the second box to no avail. We ended up taking the other vehicle ( that we were able to unlock for the keys) Very unprofessional and unreliable.
