My truck was located inside the the locked gates of the storage area... I waited an hour before a patron of the storage unit let me in. Then I had to find another customer of the place to borrow their key code to get the truck out of the storage garage area. What a nightmare to start my moving day.

The place was closed when I returned the truck. There are only a few parking spots, so it wouldn't been helpful to have signage or some kind of information with instructions. The 24 hour return site was a horrible experience. It froze out kicked me back to the beginning several times.

It took about 5 minutes for me to get the mobile approval so that I could get the keys. I would like to see the other check list information during that time. Such as what to inspect on the vehicle so that when I am approved I'm ready to drive away.

The location as a lot too small for the trucks to park there so I had to park in the lot next to it. The real problems have occurred since. I turned it in after hours on the same day I rented the truck when I had a 2-day rental. I also had 139 miles and uhaul was supposed to add some for the additional distance to the new facility. When I turned in the truck they tried to charge me $33 for an 8 additional miles. Then the next day they tried to charge me $40 for an additional day. I am currently trying to challenge the charges.

I have quite possibly received the worst customer service ever. I called the office after being on the road for 5 mins stating that I believe they had incorrectly marked how much fuel was in the truck. Looking at the gauge and looking at what was marked was 2 different things. I replenished the gas to where it was when I left the facility. I was charged a fuel charge! I go in person to plead my case. Samantha Young was nasty with me, raised her voice, talked over me, had an attitude and said I should have said something before I left. Well, I did call like 5 mins later stating my concern. The point is, I attempted to make them aware that the amount of fuel differed marked on the paperwork vs what the gauge said. Do not use this facility unless you enjoy being disrespected.

We have rented a storage unit from Westerville storage for 2 yrs. and just recently purchased a home, when we needed moving equipment we decided to use Uhaul as we were moving everything out of storage anyway. Samantha made the experience. GREAT service and representation for your company. We will definitely be back!

The employee at the front desk just seemed really unsure of himself and any decisions he was making. Please let him know to keep that to himself as all it does is induce anxiety in customers that need help but cant trust the help being given to us since its being made so obvious that you barely have a clue to what you are doing.

Got a smaller truck than wanted had to make two trips which put me over mileage that I quoted then upon inspection on truck check engine light was on told guy where I picked up truck was told that was only truck available and I was already being charged for truck and never drove off lot. Was told drive truck but if it breaks down call the number on side of truck. Thankfully nothing happened other than having to make two trips instead of one

This dealer is a lier and a thief. I returned van with more gas than what it had when I left. The clerk tried to convince me that I was below 5/8 although I was slightly below 3/4 of a tank. I took pics of the fuel gauge and paper that she lied on and emailed to a corporate csr who clearly saw that this clerk was dishonest. Not only did she give me a paper stating the fuel charge was $6.38, but she charged a different amount of $8.93 to my card. I plan to report this to the BBB as well, as well as cancel the card because I do not trust someone like that having access to my card number.

The uhaul.com return your truck was really bad. I should not have to check my own truck back in with numerous pictures. The whole thing was incredibly time consuming and very ridiculous. I was told if I didn't do it I would be charged $20 so do I get $20 to do it. If I turn in my key in the drop box and the truck is clean the rest should be up to the person checking in the truck the next business time. I should not have to go through all of these pictures of mileage, gas, truck location, and pics of the inside. This should all be done by the employees not me. If the gas, milage etc is wrong the employee will catch it. This was the worst check out process I have EVER done with uhaul. Since I did all of the check in process for your employees I should get a $20 credit on my purchase since if I didn't do it you would charge me $20 it is only fair!!!!

The woman, Samantha Young, was working on the day that I rented and returned my truck rental was phenomenal! She really made my experience wonderful, painless and I genuinely felt like I was the most important person to walk in that day! She was able to move my estimated rental return window back an hour, shared a few interesting stories and made the whole rental process sooooo easy. She was actually so nice to talk to! Her approach of customer service and her level of care is second to none! I would highly recommend! I am glad I visited this location over some of the other options around my home. Great Job Samantha! ;)

Mention that tire pressure was low . And asked if they normally would check pressure before rental . She said Uhaul maintenance normally inspects vehicles

I was told upon getting a truck that I was to return it with the same amount of gas that I received it and was charged $30 for gas. I will never return to Uhaul again nor will I recommend!
