TRISHA BI gave a below average due to the online check in process. It was awful! I had to call twice for help. Drivers license info and verification calls should be loaded and done before you can even rent a U-Haul. I shouldn't have to sit and wait while I am picking it up. The photos would/t load either and we had to call again. Both times I called I had a 10 minute wait so I wasted 20 mins being on hold. It took 45 mins to do the online "easy" check in. awful!!!
Mary sVehicle was clean. The truck struggled to get to speed had to push escalator to floor to gain any speed. It shook and sounded like it would die many times. We used it only for 1 load then returned it-we did not feel this vehicle to be safe
