The truck broke down in the parking lot of the return location when the transmission slipped and the gear shift no longer worked. After being told to wait at the location for 45 minutes we were finally greeted by a mechanic whose fix was to zip tie several things under the truck and call it good to go. Please maintain your fleet better!
