CHRISTINE MNice job. Attendant was very professional and got down to business. Website reservation system is okay. It tried to pigeon hole me into a time slot with few options. 2 two hour reservation could only be picked up at 7am.

Nathan BThe seatbelt sensor on the driver’s side kept beeping. An aftermarket O2 sensor made the check engine light stay on constantly. The drivers seat was nearly impossible to adjust.
CAROL BHad all kinds of problems with the phone app that I needed to use in order to pick up and drop off the truck outside of business hours. The app covered basic instructions needed and response text boxes with other stuff, which made it very difficult to use. In addition, it kept rejecting the pictures it made me take even though they looked fine on my phone. This caused significant delays that made me late. The gas tank was less than 1/2 full, so I had to fill it up in order to make the trip I needed to make ($64 before even starting). Got the truck to my house to load it with some boxes and other supplies, only to find the loading door frozen shut due to low temperatures with no way to open it. I'm already late because of the delays with the App, so I called and tried to get someone to pick up the truck since I can't use it. Instead, they send roadside assistance which can't make it for over an hour (not their fault because they are so far away). I leave the truck at my house for roadside assistance to repair after receiving assurances from U-Haul that I can return the truck at my convenience. I have to take my small private van instead, which means multiple trips and a lot of extra time for the move. In the end, not only was I late to meet the maintenance people to help my dad move to his nursing facility, but the move took a lot longer without the truck and I'm still being charged for the rental with no reimbursement for the gas that I didn't use. Was told by Westerville Mini Storage that I'd have to work it out with U-Haul because it was my fault for not checking the loading door before driving the truck. When I pointed out that it wouldn't have mattered if I did because no one was there to talk to, she got irate with me. Pretty disappointed with Westerville Mini Storage. Glad I didn't get the storage space there that I was considering. Talked with U-Haul and someone is supposed to be getting back to me within 72 hours. Hopefully, that goes a little better than this did.

LISA RUsing the U-Haul Truck Share process through the app was extremely time consuming at pick up. In the end I still had to go inside and ask for the key. Next time I will rent without this process

Aaron MIt was dirty in back and a customer had spilled soda on the passengers side that wasn’t cleaned up, but overall the vehicle was in great shape. Loved the push start so I could leave the keys in my pocket and the person assisting at the desk was super nice and helpful.

Wilhemina CThe location did not provide me with any way to access the truck's keys, thus their part of the rental agreement was not fulfilled. So I was stuck at the location with no way to start my rental. I did not appreciate that. Thankfully the UHaul phone representative finished the process for them so I could get the keys and use the truck.

Irving CI was very unhappy when we arrived at our location to load the truck and noticed there was no ramp to walk down from the truck. So we had to jump up and down from the truck the entire time.. My partner and I are not young so this made it very difficult for us to do. It was NOT an easy move because of this

Geoffrey DThis complaint is not for the location but for U-Haul. The mobile pickup was a mess! It took me 50 minutes to get multiple issues resolved with U-Haul that could have been taken care of before pickup, such as letting me know they would need to call someone to confirm my identity even though they verified my identity by making me take a selfie and pictures of my drivers license. I was picking up the van early on a Sunday and I had to reach out to multiple family members to find someone who was not asleep. Had I known, I could have made sure someone was awake for the verification.
