The location and the truck was great. However the process to check in to get the keys virtually was very difficult and frustrating.

ROBERT S.The pick up process by phone was severely flawed. We don't know if your systems were down, or what, but your server kept timing out with no connection. Then when we called the 800#, the recording said it would be over 90 minutes before we could connect with someone. We were on a tight timeframe already and this was not the location we had set up. Terrible experience.

She even extended the time for several times though the date I really appreciated that. I would definitely refer to my family and friends. Thanks again.

In fact there was another 10-footer available when I arrived, & no one had reserved my truck. Without going inti detail, the incorrect information on the website caused me to waste a lot of time. You should not charge a late fee for a truck that wzs available when the website said it was not.

JENNIFER P.At the drop off? Nothing. The 'dont park in front of the gate or get a $100 fine' is complete nonsense though. Maybe don't assume people just automatically know where to park the truck and Mark areas better. Your $100 fine would never land in court, which I would sue you over if you tried to charge me.
Eric B.It was not easy to figure out how to log in and start the online process to access the key box on a Sunday when no one was there. We had no response when we emailed and called the online help number. It took almost 20 minutes to get into the site.

Richard G.The customer service was great. The truck was good. The only thing that was wrong was that they charged us for gas when we returned it with more gas then when started with. When we kicked up the truck the gas was completely empty so empty that the check engine light was on. We returned it with gas and was charged for 2 gallons. That was kind of a bad move or I would have said it was a perfect transaction.
