Wilhemina CThe location did not provide me with any way to access the truck's keys, thus their part of the rental agreement was not fulfilled. So I was stuck at the location with no way to start my rental. I did not appreciate that. Thankfully the UHaul phone representative finished the process for them so I could get the keys and use the truck.

Irving CI was very unhappy when we arrived at our location to load the truck and noticed there was no ramp to walk down from the truck. So we had to jump up and down from the truck the entire time.. My partner and I are not young so this made it very difficult for us to do. It was NOT an easy move because of this

Geoffrey DThis complaint is not for the location but for U-Haul. The mobile pickup was a mess! It took me 50 minutes to get multiple issues resolved with U-Haul that could have been taken care of before pickup, such as letting me know they would need to call someone to confirm my identity even though they verified my identity by making me take a selfie and pictures of my drivers license. I was picking up the van early on a Sunday and I had to reach out to multiple family members to find someone who was not asleep. Had I known, I could have made sure someone was awake for the verification.

Samuel HU-Haul was dirty on inside, muddy to be exact. When we went to return it, there was hardly any space to park. I also purchased a dolly and they gave me moving pads instead (didn’t want/need/or use) and they still charged me for the dolly. So no, not a great experience but it did what it had to do.

Scott SWe were very grateful that this location in our zip code had a truck available. The person behind the counter was very helpful and cheery. My only complaint is with the Uhaul website. It allowed me to pick a truck size but had no interface to let me know what locations in my area had a truck that size available. The website never made clear what location it was choosing for me. I didn't know if I actually had a available truck at all. I had to call U Hauls main number in the area to find out if I did have a truck and the address it was at. Otherwise I had a great experience.

TRACY RThe online check in / pick up process was a nightmare. I completed the check in before I got to the location. But when i got to the location there were multiple other steps I needed to complete. I had to pick between uhaul calling my employer, uploading my lease, or uploading my passport or listing someone for them to call?? There was no option to upload my lease, only an option to take a picture. It was Saturday so calling my employer wasn’t an option. I don’t have a passport and I didn’t want to list someone’s number so uhaul could call them bc that would be way too much of a hassle. no one gets a paper lease anymore and the only option was to upload a picture. We had to wait for someone to come to the building to get us checked in and we ended up not even getting some of the equipment we ordered. We lost about an hour of our rental time due to the mobile pick up not working. Mobile check in and pick up would be a great feature if it was easy.

Gerard RI was missing a dolly in the truck that I rented and the directions were unclear about filling the truck up with gas. So I filled the truck more than what was given to me. I let the guy know and he said they wouldn’t reimburse me for filling the truck more. Over all it was poor experience.

Brandon GI parked the van back where it was when I picked it up. I put the keys in the silver box. They sent me a text the next morning asking where the van was and when I was going to return it. Are they blind I returned it a few hours after I rented it. Before you sent a text or make a phone call, check your facts.

Charles BLOCATION WAS CLOSED DURING THE PUBLISHED BUSINESS HOURS AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR 15 MIN I HAD FURNITURE PADS ON MY RESERVATION. THEY DID NOT HAVE THEM IN THE TRUCK OR AT THE LOCATION. I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND SPEND AN HOUR IN THE QUEUE TO GET THEM.

Brandon GWe were switched up from a 10 ft to a15 ft truck. No step up to get in, which was so hard for a semi handicapped person, the trucks need a step up. Also, the middle seat belt lock in part disappeared somewhere under the seat where we could not buckle up, very dangerous, this needs fixed.

Michelle SI am a usual uhaul renter and have rented from this location before. The check in process was great and had no issues. However, my most recent experience was concerning in terms of the mechanical maintenance of the truck. The check engine light remained on my entire trip and the overall function of the truck was not fully safe and was a pretty rough ride with/without belongings in the truck. After reaching my destination, my sister who followed behind me informed me that the brake lights and reverse lights were not functioning properly and could have led to an accident.
