No one on site early afternoon. Called but no answer per instructions. I believe customer is vacant most of time. Gate closed and had to park on road shoulder and do self checkout. DONT USE THIS SITE!Mike K.
1) Around 9:30am las week, I returned the truck associated with contract 24709954; however, the receptionist refused to give me any kind of receipt.She asked me to go to the Uhaul site to complete the return; however, I let her know the link only took me to the regular Uhaul site and didn't give me an option to officially return the truck. Then she simply asked me to leave the truck and keys in a mailbox. I let her know it was unacceptable to leave the truck without getting any proof. Didn't make a difference. I called Uhaul customer service but the wait time took too long. I had to come back to work, so I ended up leaving the truck and the keys and left without a receipt. See the pics/video attached. Please ensure the uhaul truck is recorded properly and confirm so by replying to this email. 2) the receptionist in this location was rude and very difficult to work with. She didn't even let me go into the office - where there is AC - and had to stand outside in 110 degree weather twice -- when picking up and dropping off. This was very frustrating. VeryJaqueline S.

The place was a back room of a car garage run by one person. They were helpful and kind. The location isn't the best. The real complaint is the U-Haul app/website. We spent over two hours trying to authenticate in order to remotely get our key but kept receiving errors. When we contacted support we were just passed back and forth. We will not be using U-Haul again and will be advising others likewise.ALEXANDER H.

The check in process is ridiculously long. I did not know that I had to start the vehicle up in order to make sure that the vehicle was full so I put down that it was full and then I started the vehicle and found that it was not but I had to replace that gas. It took 30 minutes for my check in and took maybe about 10 minutes to bring it back and get all that done.kandice M.
The people of the shop were very rude and unprofessional. When asked out to get into the gate to pick up the truck they were not helpful. You should take you business out of this location because they are not professional and seem to careless about those who come to pick up one of your trucks. The lady at this location was very rude, she charges us for insurance we didn't want and made us feel bad about re-doing the paperwork so we wouldn't be charged for insurance. She didn't re do it, charged us a lot of money for no reason, she was rude and unprofessional. Not using this location again.Guadalupe G.
The after hours pickup was really easy and convenient overall, but this place is in a part of town that is very dark at night and there's no place to park. The trucks are left outside of a huge fenced area with barbed wire and three very scary junkyard dogs for security. It's a little stressful to pick up with the dogs barking in the dark and nowhere to park safely off the road. Aside from that, the truck was very clean overall and the previous damage was marked well and it worked out. I had to call the 800 number however because there were no instructions on the app for what to do with the keys for after hours dropoff. I managed to find the drop box but those dogs! It was intense. The lady Honda pickup location was not at all customer-friendly. She was too slow, she took more than 1 He. to finish the process. The space we rented was also very dirty. It was an automobile workshop, outside of the workshop dead where couple of U-Haul vehicles. I had to hand over my driving license 4 times to her, I uploaded the driving license front and back at least three times.. too inefficient. Vehicle was also noted great. Train this location on how to actually rent equipment. I've rented or been with others who have rented trucks 10 times in the last three months and this was, by far, the most unprofessional, unorganized mess ive ever encountered. I did the early check in and provided copies of my drivers license and got to the location and was told I needed to take pictures of my ID via my phone AGAIN, myself, not even just having the operator do it. Then we waited several minutes to get the link because the wrong number was in the reservation. Then their computer system froze and what should have taken 10 minutes took 45+. The entire time the owners were bickering back and forth about issues. The daughter tried to help expedite the issue only to be told off by the mom who then after telling her to leave her alone asked her for the exact information the daughter provided. It was a mess. There also was very little room to return the equipment after hours and because they took so long to rent the equipment to us we had no choice but to return it after hours. I will never use this location again and I will be certain to review it so that others do not either. It's 2019, no location should force people to check in twice because they don't know how to work the reservation system.Howard H.
It wasn't the location that I had I had a problem with. I booked my truck through the app and when went to pick it up, my reservation ended up getting canceled. I had to wait for someone to get to office and reschedule my reservation. I won't book through the app again.Christina L.

I feel that the advertisement on the web was false. The business hours for a Saturday was not adhered to; the office never opened. I was forced to leave the truck and not given the benefit of returning the truck directly to a person. I will never go to this location again. We have bee to this location twice to return equipment. The women in charge was rude and not interested in helping me as a U Haul customer. She merely stated that she was closed. Her attitude was that I was annoying and by helping me I was ruining her day. She told me that she was closed and would not take my return. I told her that I wanted to drop off the trailer and where should I put the unit. She made a disgusted sound and repeated that she was closed. I told her that I could have just as bad an attitude as she had. She repeated that she was closed and waived me away with the return form in her hand. I said well f$&@ you and walked out. I tried to turn around in the parking lot when a man came over to my car and told me that he could turn the car, the trailer was still attached, around for me. I told him he was not going yo touch my car. My husband got out of the car, released the trailer hitch and backed up and then went forward releasing the trailer, hitch and all in their parking lot. We then left the place as quickly as possible. This is the second time we have returned equipment to this site that is suppose to be a drop off location for UHaul. This woman would not allow us to drop of the equipment because she was closed. However, we managed to drop off the equipment in spite of her. The first time she made my disabled husband and 11 year old grandson sweep out the unit before accepting the equipment, this time she is trying to charge me $15 cleaning fee. I will, of course, challenge that charge with my bank. The trailer was clear of all debris and in the same condition as when it was rented in Flagstaff.CYNTHIA R.

Although I brought the truck back at the fuel level I received it and I was still charged 5.3 gallons extra($26.50). This may be a common practice and repugnant to say the least. I've since cancel my credit card and will never use this location again.ADRIEN P.
