The owner Roger was rude the way he acted mad when I asked him to help with checking out the truck in the morning. When I returned it in the evening, he rudely told me to call the u-haul 1-800 number to to check it back in. I've rented from other u-haul locations in the area and my advice is to avoid this facility.STEVEN O.

Took an hour to get the uhaul picked up, was told the key was in the glove box, but the truck did not have a glove box and the key was nowhere to be found. The location was closed so I was unable to get help that way. Through the chat feature someone was finally able to help switch me to a new truck but it wasted a lot of my time.Ian R.
The vehicle that I picked up both doors would not close properly so while I was driving and it was raining I got soaked because the doors don't shut all the way.Andrew K.

After completing my rental I tried to use the website to return the trailer I had rented. It showed that I had no rentals when I logged in. I called the customer support number and was told the wait would be 20 minutes. I did not have the time to wait so I took pictures of the trailer and left. I then waited for over 30 minutes for a phone rep and once the rep got on the phone I was told they could not help me because I had left the location. I then asked the rep to please let the service station know that I tried to "self check in" my trailer and she said NO, I could call them in the morning and ask for them not to charge me the $20 even though Uhaul's app not showing my rental. I did not have time to call the next morning and was charged the additional $20 dollars. Not very impressed by the customer service rendered by the phone rep.OSCAR C.

I realize that it was Christmas Eve. I was not told that the business was going to only be open until 1000. I made it there at 930, as I had pre-paid for a full days rental. I was not told that there would be an extra $20 fee for â€œreturningâ€ after business hours. I made this reservation well in advance as the location could have simply cancelled if this was the case as again, I was not told and there were other places that were open, including the location where I had my wiring done. I will. It rent from this location again. I understand it's Christmas Eve, but it is the location's responsibility to update hours and make it clear that there will be extra fees that should match the online system.Matthew R.

The location was much further from where I requested and had to go to a different town to get it. The location is good because it's right near a school and wonderful opportunity for a neighborhood center, but it's an old run-down and dirty gas station. It's an absolute horror! Once I got in the place, he wouldn't check me in but wanted me to use my phone. So, I had to login and reset my password. I only had 7% phone power. I was bitching about it so the guy finally decided to put in my info in his iPad. The whole experience was sub-par at that location. But there is something about uHaul in Colorado. Three out of five of my experiences have been negative and extra annoying. I will probably use Penske next time ... and I have been a lifetime user of uHaul. Colorado uHaul needs a major review and cutting of the shithole dumps or puppy mills.Jeff B.

Had to do online turn In due to no UHaul rep at the location. I had questions about any refund of money because I returned early. The poor kid working their who is just a mechanic and not affiliated with U Haul had no idea of the process except for do it on your phone. Very disappointed on the lack of customer service provided.William M.
Unable to complete after-hours drop off. Staff did not complete the transaction after drop off and postponed paperwork/closing the account for a few days despite national U-Haul office intervention and my phone calls to the drop off location. This resulted in "additional charges". Charges were reversed by regional manager after several phone inquiries.wojciech N.

the location was great, haul rental on line was the worst thing I have ever done, not only took 40 min to get vehicle took another 40 to check it in, then it took 4 days to get a receipt from haul, would never recommend on line from haul to anyone ever.Dan G.

Went to pickup the unit and the guy running it sent out with a customer. Was sent to New York I reserved the car trolley the night before. They tryed to find one and did 80 miles away. Asked for a upgrade a 20 dollar difference. The guy would not do the upgrade. And then spent half a hour on hold waiting for a solution. In between that time I just cancelled the reservation. Due to the fact that had a guy waiting to fix my jeep at a shop. After half hour of waiting clicked the zero button got a different girl. She was out of the Tennessee office. She set up the car transport and said would get back the money for the rental and hassle with a additional 50. It took her 3 mins to fix what took a guy and a half hour wait in hold in the Denver office could not do. Would not recommend the location to anybody. Truly this whole event was a total mess may bbn it use uhaul again.shawn S.

Your software for us Online use, your app, and the Moving Help software are pre-1980. They confuse orders and credits and make it very difficult to view order receipts. Study Amazon for a week and then start over from scratch.David T.

The verification process was not good. They asked for two contacts to verify etc, however, I had no idea they were going to ask this and one of the two people I gave them didnt answer so they initially denied my rental. 45 minutea later they verified my rental. Returning it using the 24/7 app was just as tedius. Then I get charged an additional 59.95 for a 29.99 Rental that I only had for 5 hours and only drove 17 miles. Which made my 71.00 Rental into almost double what I was quoted. I sent an Email requesting information. On the charges and I got nothing in return. I am severly dissapointed in Uhaul 24/7 process. The gentlemen at Westview Automotive was spectacular. Your 24/7 Rental process on the other hand is so bad I would go else where for a rental.Kristina C.
