The lady there was not super helpful - couldn't get the site or app to give me the code. It took 2 hours to get the app or site to work and give the code, and was told it was because the site was down. Got yelled at for coming back late after it was U-Haul's fault I was given keys late. Also got charged extra for returning late, but again - I was behind because I lost two hours with the site down.
