most of the tie-down points in the truck were broken, there were beer cans in the doors and there were food scraps all throughout the cab of the truck

Had to call for help even though mobile check out. Gates were locked at drop off location. Key drop not very secure.

DARLENE C.The truck smelled like cigarettes and sweat - maybe deodorize it or put air fresheners in it? Windshield could have been cleaner - I spent a few extra minutes cleaning that up inside and out when I filled the tank. Aside from that, the truck ran fine and worked well. Your answer options for "was the equipment clean and well maintained?" should have more than 'yes' and 'no'......maybe an in between like 'sort of'.

We did a key drop off and the young lady had no access to get that key! And would of been unable to close out the rental if we had not taken a picture of our ending mileage. That should not be necessary!

NESREEN MONTHER N.Yes and no. We drove 600 miles and all was fine. Our return day was Monday 10/5. We got to a storage site which was too small and had to find another. At 9:00am we received a call from someone named Corey telling us the truck had to be returned at 9:00 am? Told him no one said that we had to. He said when we signed the contract we agreed. No where could I find that stated on any of the paperwork as we did all on line. We did not need that added stress. We got the truck returned at 11:00am. The girl that met us was fine and said no problem. Very pleasant about the whole incident. Corey needs to read a book on customer service!

John F.Everyone was super friendly!! This alone was good enough to make me a repeat customer. I rented a cargo van. The tank was full, van was clean and appeared well maintained. One of the biggest things I was thrilled about was no stale smoke smell in the van. I had rented previously From another location and the smell was horrible, I actually stopped and bought air fresheners.

Online U-Haul did not inform us that this location was closed on Saturday's. Found another location willing to accept the drop off even though they did not normally take pull behind trailer. This new location was so helpful and understanding. Thumbs down to online communication. Thumbs up to the Strongsville drop off.

Had to go to office and note in door stated they were out to lunch. I called a provided phone number at 12:01 and he said they would be back in two minutes. Didn't arrive back until 1223. Very poor service!!!!
