My experience was frustrating from start to finish. The pickup location was changed, and my pickup time had to be adjusted because of it, which was already inconvenient. I was told I would receive a text message to complete the checkout process through the app, but the representative never sent it. When I arrived at the facility, I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I called customer service and was told they couldn't find any information showing I was eligible to pick up the vehicle through the mobile app, meaning I would have to wait another hour until the location opened. Eventually, a gentleman arrived and gave me the keys, but he explained that he had never been informed how early I would be there. The lack of communication was obvious throughout the entire process. Returning the vehicle wasn't any better. I had limited Wi-Fi/service and the app-based return process took forever to complete. Overall, this was a very disorganized and frustrating experience. Poor communication, last-minute changes, and app issues made what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily difficult. Based on this experience, I will not be using U-Haul again.

Nestor CThe shiester at the counter put insurance coverage on the u haul and then said he couldn’t remove it but would call U-Haul and never did.
Dylan DUhaul associate seemed very confused and took almost an hour to get our truck ready. On top of that she could not answer any questions we had , very disappointing experience.
Anthony HI had a charge for the service of $165.50 to my card on 5/9, then a credit back to it because of items I didn’t receive and other things of $76.83, and then another charge from U-Haul the same day for $152.65. Nothing on the truck was damaged and I returned it with a full tank of gas.
