We dropped off the rental in the evening. But as stated for pick up location, we could not get the app to work necessitating a call to 800 number.

georgia R.The staff made the experience an enjoyable one even though there was only one 15 foot truck left in the lot. Luckily we needed the larger vehicle. We were also glad it wasn't night time, because one of the tail lights on the U-Haul we rented was out, and i was worried people wouldn't see that we were preparing to stop. So, I drove behind the U-Haul with my own vehicle to make sure it was a little bit safer.
