The shiester at the counter put insurance coverage on the u haul and then said he couldn’t remove it but would call U-Haul and never did.
Dylan DUhaul associate seemed very confused and took almost an hour to get our truck ready. On top of that she could not answer any questions we had , very disappointing experience.
Anthony HI had a charge for the service of $165.50 to my card on 5/9, then a credit back to it because of items I didn’t receive and other things of $76.83, and then another charge from U-Haul the same day for $152.65. Nothing on the truck was damaged and I returned it with a full tank of gas.
Joel FYour office was hard to locate. A good sign stating RENTAL OFFICE would help. Thank you, we’ll be back!
