Dave CTruck was very very old! I requested an appliance dolly and the clerk told me it wasn’t returned. Instead of refunding my appliance dolly fee, he went to the back and grabbed an old rusty dolly with a flat tire and arms that didn’t adjust.
Jason DOnly put no on the personnel because it was 12:45am, no one around. Really could use better lighting in the driveway/drop off area. A little sketchy in the complete dark to leave the truck. But I guess it was all ok.
