I didn't give 5 stars because I was supposed to be told or receive a text about taking pictures of the trailer before leaving the lot, which I never did. As a matter of fact, I didn't receive this communication until the next afternoon - more than 24 hours after picking up the trailer. I took pictures and tried to submit to the link, but it had expired. After leaving a message on Wheel Deal Auto's machine and not hearing back, I called U-Haul directly and they informed me the link actually expires 30 minutes after it is sent, so being it was more than 24 hours after I picked up the trailer, that was happening. Wheel Deal Auto needs to make sure they do the picture thing with customers before leaving the lot

Samantha YOn app truck pickup went smoothly. Truck was a little dirty, and had less than 1/4 tank of gas when picked up. App stated truck had more than 1/4 tank of gas, and that I had to return it with more than 1/4 tank of gas, or get fined. Otherwise, it was fine.

MICHAEL LHard to get to, sketchy area. I was confirmed for a location near my house, but a day before pickup they called and said I had to drive to another town 23 minutes away to pick it up. Shame they chose not to honor their own contract. Disappointed.
