At first it was hard to find where I dropped off the truck at but after that he was extremely helpful and had no problems and had no problem having answers to my questions

It was difficult to locate the box where the key was, another building had the same style and we walked all around the wrong building, because the truck was closer to that building than the one the key was at!

Samantha YOn app truck pickup went smoothly. Truck was a little dirty, and had less than 1/4 tank of gas when picked up. App stated truck had more than 1/4 tank of gas, and that I had to return it with more than 1/4 tank of gas, or get fined. Otherwise, it was fine.
Elissa BI received a call 4 days after we dropped the truck off saying they couldn't find the truck.

MICHAEL LHard to get to, sketchy area. I was confirmed for a location near my house, but a day before pickup they called and said I had to drive to another town 23 minutes away to pick it up. Shame they chose not to honor their own contract. Disappointed.
