Although the woman at the counter was very nice and friendly, the Whistle Stop clearly does not know how to manage the check-in, check-out process. I arrived at the scheduled time and was in the store an hour while the woman had to wait on other customers (it is a convenience store). She also had no idea how to check in the vehicle I was renting so was unable to complete my rental and give me the keys. After an hour I called central dispatch and simply did it myself over the app with the Lynchburg regional manager. Whoever set up the whistle stop as a location did not train nor properly set up the systems for them to manage. Again the woman was lovely but was unable to handle her normal customers and this rental also. We had a time constraint and the extra hour it took to get the vehicle set us back.
