The uhaul i rented ended up having leaks in the back while I was transporting my belongings in bad rain causing some boxes to be wet and also some furniture was wet as well..very upset over this situation

ED S | Overall ExperienceLove this place. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. We get the U-Haul yearly for our needy kids toy drive and pay the cash. Most dealers won't deal with the cash payment option but this one does. The lady is always willing to go above and beyond to help us out when we need her. We will use this dealer again!

Dustin cNothing. I use this Uhaul dealer many times for hauling equipment to jobs and picking up supplies. Always friendly and accommodating! The lady that works in the office is always so helpful. The internet wasn't working well because of the storms but she took care of me and had me on her way. I would recommend White Oak Station to everyone everytime!

Chuck Cspeed up the 24/7 app check in process. It took me 30 minutes to complete the check in process to get our rental. You advertise it takes a short amount of time, well it did not. Location and Truck were great

Larry CFast friendly service where I went. I pre-registered online and uploaded my drivers license and it helped speed things up. The only thing I would recommend is having A/C in the trucks as it can be quite hot in the summers. I noticed my truck was from Arizona, I couldn’t imagine being there with no A/C. Everything else was good, glad I went with the 26’ I filled it up.
