To whom it may concern. We are moving 2 complete homes 4 states away. This 26 ft truck was the second truck rental in a month and plan several more trips. We spent 2 hrs at the carthage location to try an book a truck ahead of time to insure availability and the location could not figure it out. We were told to just come back the day we needed it well we showed up the day we needed it which was a Wednesday oh no one there closed. We ended up having to drive an extra 30 minutes farther to get a truck and was charged for an extra 100 miles on the rental. The carthage tn location should be condemned. There was a nice couple came in to return a truck while we were there the first time and went right back out side and waited because the place is filthy, it a total embarrassment to uhaul to have a location like this.

Steven DThe guy was very friendly and helped us get what we needed to move a van. And the price was great $69 for a car trailer and a extra $6 for using a preloaded card. (Preloaded cards DON'T WORK for there uhaul trucks).
steven wWe had to hook an unhook a lot would be nice to either at least specify or put a trailer jack on those little trailers in the event of having to unhook from it and rehook back up to it. As most people are unaware or incapable of picking up tongue to move it around after loading it. Also you could not have a better place than whites to rent theu absolutely the best u-haul place I have ever used in my life.

Anne MI just got charged for 3 days of rental and only used the trailer for less than 24 hrs. I was told 74 dollars and now you want me to pay over 200 dollars for something I wasn't even using. I will never use uhaual again.
Chris MThe attendant did not complete my check out while I was there even though I returned it during business hours, he told me he would do it later. He then charged me for gas fill up however I had replaced the gas back to the amount at pick up.

Wayne WUnfortunately I my pickup location in nearby Hermitage was changed at the last minute to 8 miles away in Hendersonville. Then when I got there the "guaranteed" reservation was not and I had to drive 40 minutes west to Whites--who did an excellent job. However, the $50 credit did make up for the time, mileage, and labors who were on the delay.

irene dThe rental began on Saturday. There was no where open to return on Sunday. The Regional office gave me 2 free days to return based on the one day rental. I was still charged for 2 days. Poor service from the Regional office.

JOHN WThe Uhaul franchisee on tater peeler road in Lebanon, TN 37087 was extremely unhelpful, the phone rep that I was talking to flagged it uncooperative. This location however, worked as its supposed to, and for that I am forever grateful because I don't know what I would have done if this location couldn't rent for me.

JACOB BTo be able to drop off in your destinationcity instead of having to go to next county. I had to basically drive by a couple of uhaul dealers because they were not taking any more trailers. The dealer that I had to drop off at was covered up with trailers. Had no where to put another one.
Clarence JI don't know why UHaul sent me on a 25 minute drive to drop it off on Lebanon Way when they had plenty of trailers there already. While the location on Tater Peeler road is only 10 minutes away and a much more cleaner facility.
Joseph NI tried dropping the trailer of at a location closer to me and they said i would be charged $150.00 extra. they had a bad attitude. the location is 1060 SE Tater Peeler Rd, Lebanon, TN 37090. they really need to work on their customer service skills
DAVID KVehicle had a hole in ceiling covered with tape. Had 2 mattresses get wet under that area. Did not notice issue until unloading truck. Not a huge problem, but,!!!
